  • Excellent communication skills (written) in English, Sinhala, and Tamil languages
  • Passed G.C.E. O/L examination
  • Age between 18 to 35 years old
  • Ability to work 12 hours shift (roster basis) between 7 am to 12pm, 5 days per week 
  • Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage 
  • Basic computer literacy knowledge will be an added advantage Transport will be provided within 20 Km
