• Passed GCE O/L with “C" pass for Mathematics & English 
• Age between 18 to 35 years 
• Excellent communication skills in Sinhala, English or Tamil
• Roster basis duties
• Transport will be given within 20km 
• Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively 
• Selected candidates will feel the banking culture
