Specialist - Training (Contact Centre)
Key Accountabilities
- Designing and conducting training sessions for the newly recruited contact center agents.
- Ensure that the new hire training is conducted as per the process laid down
- Provide the relevant process reports
- Takes ownership of training projects assigned, including coordination of supplies, equipment, and training materials.
Requirements
- 1 year experience as a process/soft skill trainer.
- Capability to deliver physical and virtual training sessions to newly hired contact center agents.
- Having excellent communication skills.
- The incumbent should be in the age group of 25-30 years
