Specialist - Training (Contact Centre)  
         

Key Accountabilities

  • Designing and conducting training sessions for the newly recruited contact center agents. 
  • Ensure that the new hire training is conducted as per the process laid down 
  • Provide the relevant process reports 
  • Takes ownership of training projects assigned, including coordination of supplies, equipment, and training materials.

 

Requirements

  • 1 year experience as a process/soft skill trainer. 
  • Capability to deliver physical and virtual training sessions to newly hired contact center agents. 
  • Having excellent communication skills. 
  • The incumbent should be in the age group of 25-30 years
