  • Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively 
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints 
  • Provide service related information & solutions for customers

Basic Qualifications & Details

  • G.C.E. O/L passed with Mathematics & English with “C" pass.
  • Language proficiency - English, Sinhala (Tamil would be a definite advantage) 
  • Ability to work on evening shifts
  • Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
  • Transport will be provided within 20km. 
  • Encourage to apply school leavers.
