- Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively
- Understand and resolve customer complaints
- Provide service related information & solutions for customers
Basic Qualifications & Details
- G.C.E. O/L passed with Mathematics & English with “C" pass.
- Language proficiency - English, Sinhala (Tamil would be a definite advantage)
- Ability to work on evening shifts
- Previous experience in Customer Service & Call Centre would be a definite advantage.
- Transport will be provided within 20km.
- Encourage to apply school leavers.
