Requirements:

• Passed GCE O/L with "C" pass for Mathematics and "S" pass for English subjects 
• 18 to 35 Years
• Fluency in Sinhala, English or Tamil
• Ability and willingness to work in shift roster
• Confidence to handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently
