  • Handling inbound and outbound calls effectively 
  • Understand and resolve customer complaints 
  • Provide service-related information & solutions for customers

 

Basic Qualifications & Details 

  • G.C.E. O/L passed with “C” pass for Mathematics & “S” pass for English subjects
  • Excellent communication skills in Sinhala & Tamil 
  • Ability to work on evening shifts and overnight shifts
  • Transport will be provided within 20km. 
  • Age between 18 to 35 years
