Principal Accountability

  • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking 
  • Guide users with simple instructions & conduct remote troubleshooting
  • Customize desktop applications to meet organization needs 
  • Maintain technical issues, solutions & technical documentation and manuals

 

Skills Required

  • Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role of network security practices and anti-virus programs would be an added advantage 
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills & Customer-oriented attitude

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced Diploma in the field of IT. 
  • Having Microsoft Certification & CISCO would be an added advantage 
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the field of IT. 
  • Live in close proximity, preferred from Colombo 10-12
  • Age below 28 years
