Principal Accountability
- Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking
- Guide users with simple instructions & conduct remote troubleshooting
- Customize desktop applications to meet organization needs
- Maintain technical issues, solutions & technical documentation and manuals
Skills Required
- Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role of network security practices and anti-virus programs would be an added advantage
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills & Customer-oriented attitude
Qualifications & Experience
- Advanced Diploma in the field of IT.
- Having Microsoft Certification & CISCO would be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year experience in the field of IT.
- Live in close proximity, preferred from Colombo 10-12
- Age below 28 years
