Business Development Manager
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ENTHUSIASTIC BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROFESSIONAL WHO IS RESIDING IN SINGAPORE TO GROW OREL IT’S CLIENTELE IN SINGAPORE.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Consultative selling to identify, pursue and close new business opportunities and grow existing client business
- Develop new offerings for OREL IT that uniquely suit the region and clients by scoping new opportunities across verticals & industries, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses
- Apply financial analyses to evaluate business opportunities and make strategic choices
- Ensure that budget and profitability are based on valid assumptions and appropriate business models
- Identify and integrate organizational strategies to achieve and sustain competitive advantage
- Develop strategic solutions that leverage the core capabilities and competencies of the company
- Develop and implement plans and programs to support day-to-day account activity and long-term business objectives
- Be intimately familiar with clients’ business, competition, and marketing objectives in order to clearly define business problems and apply insights
- Enthusiastically support OREL IT and Design and positively influence others to commit to its mission and vision
- Attending meetings and conferences representing OREL IT to explore new opportunities and to generate leads for new businesses
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- 5 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree or 3 or more years of relevant experience with a master's degree
- Deep understanding of Business Development and Operations
- Experience or understanding of AI Solutions and Software Development
- Willingness to learn and execute effective sales strategies for new products and services
- Ability to develop, lead, and close complex competitive sales efforts
- Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
- Proven ability to implement strategic initiatives with efficiency, professionalism, and with demonstrated troubleshooting/problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confidence and ability to effectively create and deliver presentations to all audiences up to the executive levels
- Ability to coordinate internal and external resources and nurture cross-functional relationships
- Ability to negotiate business agreements and enhance existing and new relationships
- Demonstrated understanding of financial indicators to measure business performance and an ability to summarize business and financial data in a useful manner for planning and decision making
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
